Delete your NELAN account

NELAN is published on Google Play by ZoroAstra, with user support provided by Zarvaan. You can permanently delete your account from Settings → User profile → Delete account. If you no longer have the app, use the request option below.

Request deletion without the app

Email NELAN support from the address connected to your NELAN account. Include the words “account deletion” and do not send your password, task text, purchase token, or other sensitive content.

What is deleted

Your NELAN Firebase Authentication account.
Cloud backups and synced task, event, and planning data under your account.
Your NELAN entitlement, AI allowance, and purchase-verification security records.

Google Play subscriptions: deleting a NELAN account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel it separately in Google Play to prevent future renewal. Google Play retains purchase records under Google's own legal and financial obligations.

Data on your device

Deleting an account inside NELAN also removes that account's isolated data and reminders from the current device after cloud deletion succeeds. It does not remove guest data or another account's isolated data.

Data stored only on other devices is not reachable by NELAN support. Delete the account in the app on those devices, clear NELAN storage in Android Settings, or uninstall without restoring its device backup.
