NELAN Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the NELAN Android app and related online services published on Google Play by ZoroAstra. In these terms, "NELAN", "we", and "us" refer to the NELAN service as published by ZoroAstra. By using NELAN, you agree to these terms.

Using NELAN
You may use NELAN for lawful personal productivity and planning. You are responsible for the content you enter, the accuracy of your plans, keeping your account credentials secure, and reviewing reminders and AI-generated suggestions before relying on them. Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass access or usage limits, interfere with security controls, or use NELAN to violate another person's rights.
Accounts and data
Core local features may be available without an account. Online services, cloud sync, subscription ownership, and AI features require a Firebase account. You must provide accurate account information and promptly report unauthorized access. Our handling of personal data is described in the NELAN Privacy Policy.
NELAN Pro subscriptions
- Purchases and payments are processed by Google Play using the price, currency, trial eligibility, tax, and billing period shown in the Google Play purchase dialog.
- A subscription renews automatically unless it is canceled through Google Play before the renewal date. Uninstalling NELAN or deleting a NELAN account does not cancel a Google Play subscription.
- If a free trial is offered and you are eligible, Google Play charges the displayed recurring price when the trial ends unless you cancel first.
- After cancellation, access normally continues until the end of the paid or trial period shown by Google Play. Payment failures, account hold, suspension, expiration, or refunds may restrict access.
- Refunds, payment disputes, and billing methods are governed by Google Play's policies. Manage or cancel the subscription from Google Play.
AI features
AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. It is offered as a planning aid, not professional medical, legal, financial, safety, or emergency advice. Review every suggestion before applying it. We may enforce plan and request limits, block abuse, and change models or availability to protect the service.
Voice, allowances and safe use
Paid Pro includes 100 online AI allowance units per UTC calendar month and normally six Talk with NELAN sessions per month, each lasting up to five minutes. Sessions can end earlier when usage or safety limits are reached. Text and Wise Capture dictation use one AI unit per request; photos or PDF pages use three. A workflow can use multiple requests. An eligible seven-day trial includes 30 AI units total and no live voice sessions. Ending a connected voice session early still uses one session. The app displays the applicable allowance. A renewal must be verified before Pro access continues beyond the confirmed paid period.
NELAN is an AI companion, not a person or emergency service. Supported task, reminder, and event actions need a reviewed draft and clear confirmation before saving. Unsupported options may require another choice or the app’s manual controls. Check dates, recurrence, and reminders in every preview.
Do not use NELAN to facilitate illegal activity, violence, exploitation, fraud, harassment, cyber abuse, or violations of another person’s rights. Do not circumvent authentication, allowances, moderation, or safety controls. We may refuse unsafe requests, investigate submitted reports, and restrict abusive online use. Safeguards reduce risk but cannot guarantee detection of every harmful request or inaccurate response.
Quick Start is a demonstration with prepared narration and sample screens. It creates no tasks, opens no microphone, and consumes no AI or voice-session allowance.
Availability and changes
NELAN is provided on an "as available" basis. We work to keep it reliable, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, permanent storage, or that every reminder or third-party service will always work. Features may change as the app, Android, Google Play, Firebase, or other providers evolve. Material changes to these terms will be reflected by updating the date above and communicated where required.
Ending use
You may stop using NELAN at any time and may delete your NELAN account through Settings. We may restrict online services for fraud, abuse, security threats, legal requirements, or serious violations of these terms. Account deletion is separate from Google Play subscription cancellation.
